All of the resort amenities of Venture Out are
available to renters. To protect and maintain these amenities, Venture Out has
established the following Rules and Regulations that owners and renters must
adhere to during their stay. Parents are responsible for the safety and
discipline of their children.
Resort
Amenity Fees:
Registration Fee of $50.00 plus 7.5% tax regardless of the length of
your stay. Maximum of 6 people per unit. Payable to Venture Out Resort.
Venture Out does not accept credit cards.
Overflow parking (all vehicles in excess of one), $2.00 under 18 ft.,
$4.00 - 18 ft. or above, per day. |
Guests:
Must be preregistered at either the Guard Shack or at the office or
admittance will be denied. |
Vehicle Speed Limit (including bicycles)
within Venture Out - 10 mph; a valid driver's license is required to operate
any motorized vehicle in the park.
COMMON AREAS
- Common areas are designated and are for the enjoyment of all. Do not
trespass on your neighbor's property.
QUIET HOURS
- Observed between 11 pm and 7 am. Excessive noise or other nuisances are
not permitted in the park at any time.
PARKING PER UNIT or RV SITE
- One mobile home or recreational vehicle; One licensed transportation
vehicle; One electric (no gas) golf cart; One motorized cycle (e.g.,
motorcycle, moped, or scooter type vehicle).
- The transportation vehicle must be parked in the designated driveway
constructed for the purpose. The transportation vehicle shall not be used
for living, sleeping, or eating quarters. Transportation vehicle for this
purpose is defined as automobile, motor home, pick-up, or van.
- A recreational vehicle and a transportation vehicle will be permitted on
units where no violation of setback limits or parking requirements will
result. Recreational vehicles may not be permanently sited within Venture
Out.
- The parking of trailers, motorcycles, or any excess vehicles off the
designated driveway is prohibited, with the exception of bicycles and golf
cart. Said driveway must completely enclose any vehicle parked thereon.
- All-terrain vehicles (ATVs) may not be operated within Venture Out.
- No boat, boat trailer or excess vehicle is permitted.
- No vehicle or trailer may be parked on the street between 12 midnight
and 6 am. The parking of trailers, motorcycles, or any excess vehicles off
the designated driveway is prohibited, with the exception of bicycles and
one electric golf cart.
- Illegally parked vehicles may be towed at owner's expense.
OVERFLOW PARKING LOT
- Venture Out provides a parking lot for excess vehicles.
- Automobiles $2.00 per night.
- Trailers under 18' $2.00 per night.
- Trailers and large vehicles 18' and over $4.00 per night.
BOATS
- Dock boat only at the unit you are renting.
- Raise motors when going over air curtains at the entrance to canals.
Boat propellers can cut air curtain pipes rendering them useless.
- Boat speed on canals, marina and Park perimeter shall be limited to "NO
WAKE" and "FIVE (5) MILES PER HOUR".
- No boat shall be moored in any manner blocking free entrance, exit, or
use of any waterway within or on the perimeter of the Park.
- Rafting of boats is not permitted.
- No boat shall be moored adjacent to the sea wall of Condominium common
use property, except in the Marina.
- Boat fueling at marina seawall only.
RVs
- Florida law requires the use of rubber sewer collars on sewer hoses at
the point of entry. Collars are available at the Park Store.
- Only commercially manufactured motor homes, mini-motor homes, fifth
wheels, travel trailers, and truck campers in good condition, good
appearance, which require full hookups, will be accepted.
- Not permitted are tents, fold-out campers, hybrid RVs, and
non-commercial conversions of trucks, busses, and vans.
POOL AND SPA
- Open from 9 am to 11 pm.
- Children under twelve (12) must be accompanied by an adult.
- No food or drinks permitted within the area.
- No running, pushing or ball playing.
- No rafts, chairs, floats, or scuba equipment allowed in the pool, except
during scheduled aquatic classes. Masks and snorkels are allowed, but no
fins are allowed. However, the use of scuba and snorkeling equipment is
allowed when used in conjunction with an instructional clinic sponsored by
the Venture Out Dive and Snorkel Club.
- Bathing suits only allowed; no cut-offs.
- Smoking is not permitted in the spa.
- Children not toilet trained are not permitted in the big pool. No
diapers or swimmies (type of water diapers) are allowed.
- Users playing a radio and/or cassettes must use earphones.
- Persons with a communicable disease or open body sores are prohibited
from using either the pool or spa.
- No diving or cannonballing permitted.
- Persons under eighteen (18) years of age are not allowed in the spa.
BICYCLES
- Must be equipped with working headlights and a tail reflector or the
rider must carry a lighted flashlight.
- Bike on the right side of the road (walk on the left side of road).
PEDESTRIANS
- Must carry a flashlight after dark.
- Walk on the left side of the road (bike on the right side of road).
CURFEW
- All children seventeen (17) years of age and under may not be on the
streets within the Venture Out community or on any other portions of the
common areas between the hours of 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. unless accompanied
by a parent or legal guardian who is over the age of seventeen (17).
OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS
- No more than 6 people may occupy a unit or RV site.
- No overnight sleeping outside of the unit including in boats, vans or
other transportation vehicles.
PROHIBITED
- Open fires except for gas or charcoal grills.
- Trash disposal in canals or adjacent waters.
- Fireworks.
- Discharging of a firearm including air rifles and spear guns.
- Removing lobsters from any Venture Out canal.
- Visible clothes lines. Lines are provided behind each bathhouse.
PETS - RV RENTAL SITES
- A maximum of two (2) approved household pets, defined as being only a
cat, dog, or bird permitted per RV site.
- No animals are permitted in unoccupied units or common areas.
- Four-legged animals must be kept on a leash confined to unit.
- Hand-held leashes shall not exceed eight (8) feet in length.
- No dog walking in the park with the exception of walking a dog to exit
the park and return.
- All dog "accidents" must be cleaned immediately.
TRASH AND RECYCLE
- Each unit has a trash can in a ground receptacle. Wrap all garbage in a
plastic bag then deposit in trash can.
- Trash pickup days are Mondays and Thursdays. Remove trash can from
receptacle and place at curb for pickup. Do not leave loose plastic bags of
garbage at curbside.
- Recycle pickup day is Wednesday. Glass, aluminum cans, newspapers,
plastic 2-liter bottles.
TV RECEPTION
- Cable package plans and satellite reception are not the responsibility
of the park. Cable package plans vary by unit and RV site.
